For children less than 5 years-

They will be required to submit it along with the photocopy of the child’s birth certificate with their own Aadhaar card. It is important to note that Aadhaar of the child cannot be made without the parent having an Aadhaar number first.
2) If the age of your kid is over 5 years, you can get him or her enrolled by visiting the Aadhaar enrolment center. Fill out the enrolment form and submit it along with the birth certificate of child and parent’s Aadhaar card. Parent’s Aadhaar card will serve as the identity and address proof.
In both cases, an Aadhaar enrolment acknowledgment slip will be provided. One can use it to track the status of the child’s Aadhaar number.
